This Queen Anne style home, built in the 1890s was bought

by a local  builder and his brother with whom I have designed a number of development projects. This project includes a major remodeling,  gutting the interior and replacing all the exterior finishes including the windows. A rear addition enlarges the kitchen and adds a breakfast area, mudroom and attached garage. The  new interior layout provides each bedroom with its own bathroom. The main stair was opened to its original grandeur. An open side porch is screened and an addition above the porch provides a large master bathroom.
