Major Remodeling.  

It is very rewarding to transform an existing structure to something that is useful, efficient

and pleasing to its current owners. Sometimes the goal is to retain the original architecture.

Other times it is to use the existing as a springboard to create something very different. In any

event is is always a challenge that I relish.
